Our Daily Inspiration Practice (DIP) is our greatest resource for remembering who we are. Comprised of breath, mindfulness, movement, inspiration and intention, this powerful embodied practice strengthens our root system and opens our hearts and minds. Experience a sense of grounded strength, deep connection, awakened mind and flowing possibilities.
This virtual practice is a tremendous resource and will include movement, guided meditation, and journaling. Show up as you are, wear comfortable clothing and bring your pen and journal.
Given our current global challenges and uncertainty, we need this practice more than ever.
